Fresh from Browns Summit

17 Oct

We have abundant quantities of the most popular items this week – carrots, lettuce, and spinach.  Here is a list of all the items we have for Saturday 10/24.

Rosaine and Cegolaine

    • Greens: Kale (Russian, Tuscan), chard, spinach, broccoli raab, collards
    • Roots: Carrots, beets, turnips (Hakurei, purple top)
    • Salad: Lettuce, arugula, endive
    • Beans: Green beans, edamame
    • Herbs: Cilantro, dill, mint, parsley
    • Daikon: Purple, white

The turnips are both purple top and Hakurei this week.  The green beans are still nice.

The Woodlawn pickup protocol is that when you arrive we will find your order and place it on top of a little table in the walkway.  Then we’ll step back and you can collect it.  Alternatively, you can pop your trunk and we will load it there.
